So, it's been a while... This post isn't going to follow the same outline as my others but I'm really just hoping to get some things written down and start this up again!!
A lot has been going on since we updated last. Here's a few tidbits:
Lily started crawling! Mostly army crawling but she'll get up on her knees every now and then. She turned 9 months old! In 2 1/2 months it will be her birthday. Her two top teeth have also poked through. She can now crawl a little bit and sit herself back up.
We get to play outside a lot thanks to the warmer weather! We got some flowers for our pots and we have tulips blooming in the yard. It is looking so cute right now. We also cleaned out the garage and sprayed for weeds this weekend.
Jackson tries to read his books to us now and he's getting pretty good at remembering a lot of the words.
We celebrated Easter a lot! We let Jacks hunt eggs in our backyard, then my parents back yard. Heather came to visit the week after Easter and we dyed eggs with her. Jackson had a really fun time with that although it was a little stressful for the rest of us. He loved grabbing his eggs out of the dye with his hands and then plopping them back in. He had to check on them every few seconds to see the color. I drew a Percy train and he drew a Thomas for a few of the eggs. Next month Jackson turns 3!
Conference happened! It was so amazing. I had been looking forward so much to conference. When President Monson opened the conference he spoke directly to me. I was looking for the courage to make myself a better person. I am so thankful we have a living prophet on the earth today..
We are staying really busy with life and kids and we are loving it!
