Well since it's finally spring (feel like it's summer and spring was skipped) we've decided to get on the ball with getting our yard ready. The stain started chipping off the deck from last year so I began re-staining it yesterday. Soon i'll put all the outdoor furniture back on the deck. More and more grass keeps growing in on the middle section of the yard and yet I haven't put any seed down. The garden area in the back corner has always looked really bad with the exception of the actual garden itself. So we decided to spruce it up a bit by placing wood chips all around. We also thought that since we were getting wood chips for the back that we might as well get more for all around the yard.
We were able to also put up a couple more screens...especially in the 2 spare bedrooms upstairs where most of the heat end up. It's helped the past couple days and we'll continue updating that feature in our home.
The one other photo that doesn't really belong is the one of the horse. Our neighbor's kid was selling it for 5 bucks and so we decided to get it for Jacks. He loves it.
